Hallo,
Some weeks are game weeks.
You’re busy. You’re motivated. You’re “crushing it.”
And then the reality hits:
Motivation comes and goes.
What actually stays?
Good processes. Good systems. Good routines.

3 THINGS THAT MAKE HARD WEEKS EASIER
1) Don’t rely on motivation
Motivation is great. But it’s temporary. Systems are what stay. Because when your days start at 6:30 AM and don’t end before 6 PM, you don’t win with hype. You win with structure.
2) Build one thing to look forward to
I realized something this week: Always have something to look forward to. Yesterday was one of those days. Calls. Emails. Back-to-back everything. And then my friend Cody texted me: “Hey, are you free later?” We went out, watched the sunset, and shot some content. Nothing crazy, but I was looking forward to it the whole day. And suddenly the hard day felt… easier.

So here’s the rule: When you build your schedule, build in one thing you’re excited about every day. Even if it’s small. It changes everything.
3) Treat intense weeks like game weeks
The biggest games aren’t won on game day. They’re won in preparation. In routines. In repetition. By the time you’re reading this, we’re officially in the final stretch before the Super Bowl, and the entire sports world is locking in.
That’s why I’m so excited about February. On February 6th, we’re hosting our own Sports Marketing Summit in San Francisco, right before the Super Bowl.

Everyone will be in town. The energy will be insane. And we’re doing it together with our friends at Jung von Matt Sports – one of the most respected independent agencies in the world.
One of my favorite examples: The German National Team jersey launch. Watch here.
Huge shoutout to Robert Zitzmann and Alex Benton – and the full team.
That’s it for this week.
Less noise. More meaning.
Game weeks are easier when you’re not doing them alone. Forward this to someone on your team.
