Hello,

This week’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. Let’s start with the headline news: Taylor Swift dropped a new album, and here’s what we can learn from her marketing strategy, whether you’re on the brand side or the creator side.

She announced the album in her boyfriend’s podcast – New Heights. Of course, it went viral instantly. Not only did the album get exposure, but the podcast itself grew as well.

For brands, events like this are a golden opportunity. Starbucks jumped on the moment, posting:

And they synced it with Taylor’s album news drop time. It’s a perfect example of how brands can capitalize on pop culture and timing without spending a massive budget.

This is the key takeaway: Stay relevant, stay current, and use social moments to align your brand with what’s going on in the world. It doesn’t always take big bucks, it takes the right connection to the culture.

Content Production in London

Speaking of content and productions, I spent a few days in London recently at Soho Farmhouse for a production for Anthony Ng Monica and Daily Body Coach. This place is stunning and the setting was perfect for creating content.

Here’s the lesson I want to share:

When you’re doing an event or a shoot, always plan to go the extra mile.

We decided to get up at 5 AM to chase the sunrise and capture some truly beautiful shots. This extra effort paid off big time because by midday, the location was too busy to get the kind of shots we needed.

And I’ve also got a huge takeaway for brands: Small investments in time can make a huge difference.

Adding just a half-day extra to your production can provide you with a ton of social content that could last months – think about that. That’s what we did and it totally paid off.

The End of the NTS60 Challenge

Now, let’s talk about something really special: the end of the NTS60 Challenge.

In May, we kicked off a 60-day challenge to get fit again – working out every day. Whether it was a run, bike ride, gym session, or a walk in the park, more than 100 people joined our WhatsApp chat, and even more participated worldwide.

We had runs in New York, Ibiza, Cologne, and even a group run in LA. It was amazing, and the community vibe was strong.

The big lesson from NTS60? Consistency over time leads to huge results.

It wasn’t about pushing the hardest workout every day. It was about showing up. And that’s how great things are built – in small, consistent steps.
