BDX Media is a creative agency based in Los Angeles working with brands across fashion, automotive, tech, and lifestyle in Europe and the U.S., and we’re hiring a Social Media Marketing & Personal Brand Manager to lead content creation and online presence for our founder and agency channels. The ideal candidate should:
YOUR TASKS
- Be creative, fast, organized, and confident
- Plan and post content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Design graphics and flyers using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
- Manage timelines, feedback loops, and content approvals
- Be highly responsive and comfortable reviewing teammates’ work
- Have a strong eye for design and a natural feel for social trends
- Enjoy working hands-on and collaborating with a growing team
YOUR PROFILE
- Professional experience in content creation.
- US Work Permit
- Ideally based in LA
- Flexibility in scheduling your tasks, though some appointments will be predetermined by us.
- A commitment to the role, with the understanding that work on weekends and public holidays may occasionally be required.
- The ability to manage the challenges of working across different time zones between Germany and Los Angeles.
- The capability to independently set project goals, execute them efficiently, and measure the outcomes effectively.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed for various projects and collaborations.
